Reference Date Customer Items Total Status Royal Mail

Pick a date range to total up the number of pens (units) in your orders — handy for working out how many pens you need to prepare. Use the print button for a clean copy.

Every order that has been sent to Royal Mail, shown with its Royal Mail order number and tracking number. Click Sync from Royal Mail to pull the latest details straight from Royal Mail — it matches each order by its reference, fills in any missing tracking, and saves it, so this list stays up to date.

Categories

Categories group products on the storefront. Add new ones here so they're available to pick when adding products. Use the up/down arrows to control the order categories appear on the shop page.

Email & Notifications

Order confirmation emails are sent through a Supabase Edge Function called send-order-email. Your Resend API key lives as a Supabase secret — it never reaches the browser. Set the addresses below; the API key is configured in your Supabase dashboard (Edge Functions → Manage secrets → RESEND_API_KEY).

Royal Mail Click & Drop

These details are used whenever you ship a paid order. On the Dashboard you can tick the orders you want and click 📦 Send to Royal Mail to send them straight into Royal Mail Click & Drop, or use Export Paid Orders / Export Selected to CSV to download a spreadsheet and upload it into Click & Drop yourself. Orders are only ever sent when you click a button — nothing is sent automatically.

Service Selection

Tracked 24 Parcel
Used when order ≥ threshold
Auto-upgrade at this total
Used if a product has no specific weight (e.g. 0.100 = 100 g)
Added once per parcel (e.g. 0.050 = 50 g)
Note: Service codes vary by Royal Mail account — the defaults shown (TOLP24 / SD1OLP) are written into the export spreadsheet and work for most Click & Drop accounts. If Click & Drop rejects a row for an "invalid service", log into Click & Drop → Settings → Postage Services and copy the exact code shown there.

Your Service Codes

Add the Royal Mail service codes you actually use (copy them from Click & Drop → Settings → Postage Services). Click any code to copy it so you can paste it into the Default or Special Delivery field above. Changes are saved when you press Save Settings.

Order Automation

These switches run the order journey for you. Everything here is OFF by default — nothing happens automatically until you turn it on and save. You can always do each step by hand from the Sales Dashboard instead. The timed steps (hold / cancel / delivered) only run if you set up the scheduled order-lifecycle-sweep function in Supabase (see your setup guide).

Research Use Disclaimer

This text is shown on the checkout page. Customers must tick a box accepting it before they can place an order. Each accepted version is recorded against the order (in the database) for your records. Bump the version number whenever you change the wording so old and new acceptances can be told apart.

Tip: blank lines separate paragraphs. Lines starting with • will render as bullet points to the customer.

Footer & Site Pages

These fields control the footer at the bottom of the storefront and the content shown when a customer clicks any of the footer links. Plain text only — blank lines separate paragraphs, and lines starting with become bullet points.

Show footer on storefront
Turn the entire footer off while you're working on it. Customers will see no footer at all when this is Hidden.

Header tagline

A short line that appears under the logo in the top header. Toggle it Hidden to remove it from the storefront entirely.

Instruction banner

A short instruction shown above the product grid (e.g. how to order or pay). Toggle Hidden to remove it.

Footer content

Quick Links pages

Toggle a page to Hidden while you're still working on it — its link disappears from the footer until you set it back to Active.

Legal pages

Each legal page can be renamed and toggled Hidden while you're updating it. The Research Use Disclaimer always uses the text from the Legal & Disclaimer tab — edit the wording there.

What the Chart shows

Rows: The dose amount you want to take.
Columns: The strength of the pen you have.

Simple instructions

  1. Find the dose you need in the left-hand column.
  2. Find the pen strength you have across the top row.
  3. Look where the row and column meet.
  4. That number is the clicks needed.
  5. If there is a dash, that pen does not suit that dose.
